Road Crashes a British Government Mistake

Road crashes resulting in death, injury and damage are investigated by 5 generations of police for the past 150 years due to British Government mistakes in allowing the use of dual controls in tuition cars and stopping distances based on an incorrect formula designed by the Transport Research Laboratory TRL in the Highway Code. TRL now privatised, mislead their 1,000 clients in 145 countries worldwide including the Road Safety Authority and Gardai in Ireland.
